Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 12, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MedNotifyMe at mednotifyme.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
MedNotifyMe provides configurable reminders, email and SMS notifications, reply-based acknowledgment, and optional escalation. Delivery and response tracking depend on third-party networks and services and may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable.
Not medical or emergency monitoring
MedNotifyMe is an organizational reminder tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency alert system, or substitute for professional medical advice, treatment, supervision, or emergency services. Never rely on the service as the sole safeguard for time-critical medications, emergencies, or safety-critical needs. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from people you add as reminder or escalation recipients, including consent to receive automated SMS or email. You must honor opt-out requests and avoid unsolicited, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful messaging.
Messaging terms
Message frequency varies according to reminders configured by account owners. Message and data rates may apply. Supported SMS recipients may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. Do not use MedNotifyMe to send marketing campaigns or spam.
Accounts and availability
We may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service integrity. We may modify, interrupt, or discontinue functionality, subject to applicable law. You may stop using the service at any time.
Content and privacy
You retain responsibility for information you enter, including reminder text and contact details. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, timely delivery, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedNotifyMe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service interruptions, missed reminders, failed messages, or reliance on notifications. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting revised terms with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
